Congressman Tobias “Toby” Tiangco expressed his sincere gratitude to President Rodrigo Duterte, who signed his pet bill into law.

The politiko takes pride in Republic Act 10977, which converts the San Rafael National High School of Navotas into a National Technological-Vocational High School.

This means that the government will shell out more funds to upgrade the curriculum and facilities of this school in order to offer more focused classes to the youth of the city.

“This will open up more opportunities for the #students to uplift their lives and have a better future,” Tiangco said.
