Navotas Inter-Barangay Sports Festival Opens Monday
The Navotas local government has announced that its yearly inter-barangay sport festival will start on Monday with Mayor Tobias “Toby” Tiangco leading the opening ceremonies at 2 p.m. at the newly-renovated state-of-the-art Navotas Sports Complex on M. Naval Street.
